MSW Rural camp came to an end

MSW Rural camp came to an end on 27.1.2012. Many Social Work and Educational programs at Muthalamada area. The camp was organized by Aashrayam Rural Development Society for Master in Social Work Students of Nehru college, Coimbatore.Medical camp at Pallam school, Health and Socio-economic survey at Muthalamada area, Cleaning program at Chulliar medu school, etc etc were performed by the team. In addition to this eminent guests from various fields such as Social service, Environment, Rationalist Thinking, spiritual filed successfully presented their views & ideas and brought a clear picture and scope for MSW persons in the society.
Mr. Bibith sir was the staff co-ordinator of the program. Mr. Aravindakshan, Reetha Aravindakshan, Mr. vaisakh, Mr. Satheesh, Mr. Guruvayurappan and many volunteers of Aashrayam took the leadership for the programs.

Rural Camp for Nehru college, Coimbatore started

Rural Camp for MSW Students of Nehru college, Coimbatore started under the leadership of Aashrayam Rural Development Society.

As part of the second day activity Free Medical camp conducted at Pallam MM UP School, Muthalamada. Mr. Anirudhan, Principal of Nehru college, presided over the inaugural function

146 patiants were benefited from the medical camp. Sai hospital Kollengd under the leadership of Dr. Prathibha provided services to the camp


  • Social and Health survey will be conducted at muthalamada on 23rd and 24th January.
  • Eminent guests will be delivering presentations in the camp.
  • Art of living nav chethana sivir course is part of the rural camp in the morning hours
  • Nelliampathi trekking, cleaning activities, fire - protection programs will be conducted as part of the camp.
